Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces uncooked ridged elbow macaroni
  2. 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage
  3. 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1 cup whipping cream
  5. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:

Cook macaroni according to package directions: drain. Brown sausage in large skillet until done; drain and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, cream and cooked macaroni. Cook over medium heat until heated through. (Do not boil.)

Sprinkle with cheese and allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
