Pear and Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 ripe pears, cut into 1/4- inch slices
  2. 8 ounces Deli chicken salad
  3. 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  4. 2 Tablespoons smoked almonds, chopped
  5. 4 large lettuce leaves
Directions:

Line individual serving plates with lettuce leaves.

Arrange pear slices in fan shape over lettuce; spoon chicken salad onto bottom of each pear fan.

Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and almonds; serve at once.
