Orange Cream Angel Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 10 inch angel food cake
  2. 2 containers (4 oz. each) refrigerated orange and cream swirled pudding snacks
  3. 1/2 cup whipping cream
  4. 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions:

Cut cake in half crosswise; separate layers. Spread pudding on top of bottom layer. Place top layer over pudding, cut side down. Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir in powdered sugar and orange juice concentrate; serve with cake slices. Store in refrigerator.
