Creamy Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups cauliflower florets
  2. 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  3. 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
  4. 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 8 ounces sour cream
  6. 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  7. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  10. 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  11. paprika
Directions:

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, celery and peppers. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salad dressing, mustard, salt and pepper; stir into vegetable mixture.

Add bacon; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
