Baked Trout Fillets

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound trout fillets
  2. 8 ounces sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  4. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 1 Tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  8. Paprika
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Place fish in a shallow 3-quart baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion salt and pepper; spread over the fish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
