Sourdough Clam Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup sour cream
  2. 1 can (7 oz.) minced clams, drained and 1 tablespoon juice reserved
  3. 1 tablespoon grated onion
  4. 1 teaspoon celery seed
  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. seasoned salt to taste
  8. pepper to taste
  9. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 sourdough round (middle cut out to add dip)
Directions:

Combine sour cream, clams, onion, celery seed, mayonnaise, juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve in a sourdough bread bowl.
