Double Layer Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  6. 1 (6 oz.) ready to use graham cracker crust
Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir melted chocolate into 1 cup of the batter. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with remaining plain batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
