Grilled Peppers, Onions And Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  4. 10 fresh mushrooms
  5. 1 medium onion, cut into thick wedges
  6. 1 green bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
  7. 1 red bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
Directions:

Preheat grill. In large bowl, combine oil, seasoned salt and basil; mix well. Add vegetables; toss to coat. Place onion and peppers in grill basket or directly on grill over medium heat. Cook 5-6 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook another 6 minutes, turning vegetables occasionally.
