Grilled Sun-Dried Tomato Toast

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup butter, softened
  2. 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  3. 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil and herbs, sliced and drained
  4. 1 tablespoon ripe olives, chopped
  5. 4 slices round sourdough bread, each slice cut in half
Directions:

Preheat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Place bread slices on grill and cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes or until bread is golden, turning once. Spread butter mixture over warm toast and serve at once.
