Hash Brown Reubens For Two

Ingredients:

  1. 2 hash brown patties, frozen
  2. 1 Tablespoon butter, softened
  3. 2 slices thick, deli corned beef
  4. 1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  5. 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  6. 2 Tablespoons cinnamon applesauce
  7. 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  8. 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Place hash brown patties in a greased 11x7- inch baking pan. Spread each with butter; top with corned beef.

In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, brown sugar and applesauce; spoon over the corned beef. Top with salad dressing and Swiss cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
