Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed
  2. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  3. 4 green onions, chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the butter and green onions; spoon over asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
