Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

  1. red peppers, cut into thin strips
  2. 2 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
  3. 1 teaspoon basil
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:

Saute your favorite vegetables like red peppers and zucchini with basil and garlic as a delicious side dish. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat, add vegetables and saute until al dente.
