Double Wrap Tacos

Use ground beef or turn this into a meatless meal by substituting a plant based ground meat alternative

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound ground beef or plant based ground meat alternative
  2. 1 package taco seasoning mix
  3. 1 medium onion, chopped
  4. 1 medium tomato, chopped
  5. Shredded lettuce
  6. Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  7. Sour cream
  8. Salsa
  9. 8 crispy corn taco shells
  10. 8 (6- inch) flour tortillas
  11. 1 can (15 ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
  12. Guacamole
  13. Avocado, chopped
Directions:

In a large skillet brown ground beef or plant based ground meat alternative.

Add taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package instructions.

Heat taco shells and tortillas as package directs.

Wrap a flour tortilla around a crispy corn taco shell or double stack two flour tortillas or stack two taco shells together - just make sure to double up!
