Pesto

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
  4. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  5. 2 Tablespoons pinenuts, walnuts or pecans
  6. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:

Place garlic, herbs, cheese and nuts in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add oil and continue to pulse until ingredients are well blended.

Toss with your favorite hot cooked pasta!
