Maple Whiskey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. 4 (6 ounces each) salmon fillets
  2. Salt
  3. Freshly cracked black pepper
  4. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  5. 2 tablespoons whiskey
  6. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  7. juice of 1/2 lemon
  8. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  9. dill sprigs for garnish
  10. lemon wedges for garnish
Directions:

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, whiskey, mustard, lemon juice and chopped dill. Mix well and spoon over the fish.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish begins to flake slightly. Divide the salmon among four plates and spoon the pan juices over. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon wedges.
