Herb Marinated Turkey

Yield:
enough for a 10 lb turkey

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup canola oil
  2. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  3. 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram
  4. 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  5. 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  8. 1 (10 pound) whole turkey, washed and patted dry
Directions:

Combine the oil, vinegar, herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.

Place the turkey in a large, plastic cooking bag.

Add marinade, close bag securely and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
