Broccoli Saute

Yield:
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lbs. fresh broccoli
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1/4 cup Planters Peanut Oil
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Wash broccoli. Split ends of large stalks lengthwise into halves or quarters, depending on size. Place in large skillet. Sprinkle with water, Planters Peanut Oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover tightly; cook over very low heat 20 to 30 minutes, or until stalks are tender. Turn broccoli several times during cooking.
