Dilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons melted butter
  2. 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  3. 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets or halibut or tuna fillets
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  6. 1/2 teaspoon flour
  7. white pepper
  8. Garnish:
  9. fresh dill sprigs
  10. lime wedges
  11. 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
  12. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Stir together melted butter and lime juice. Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush the butter mix over the top. Sprinkle garlic, white pepper and salt over the salmon. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and salmon flakes.

Sauce:
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk cream and flour until smooth; stir in 1/2 teaspoon chopped dill.

Serve salmon with warm dill sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and lime wedges if desired.
