Tuna Shortcake

Yield:
Makes about 2-1/2 cups

A hot lunch or light supper dish that couldn't be simpler

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
  2. 1/4 cup milk
  3. 1 can (6-oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
  4. 1 cup cooked peas
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
Directions:

In saucepan, combine ingredients. Heat; stir often. Serve over biscuits.

Variations: add a dash of white wine, a quarter cup of fresh sliced mushrooms or a handful of slivered almonds for added flavor. Serve on cornbread squares or English muffins. Recipe compliments of Campbell's
