Chips and Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated (room temperature)
  2. 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese, crumbled, (room temperature)
  3. 1/2 pound cream cheese (room temperature)
  4. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  5. 2 Tablespoons freshly grated onion
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  7. 1 1/4 cups crushed potato chips, any flavor, divided
Directions:

Blend cheeses together with mixer or pastry blender.

Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed potato chips.

Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered. Chill well.

Chilling enhances the flavor of this cheese ball. Make it ahead and refrigerate or freeze (thaw completely before serving).
