Pilaf

Yield:
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup fine noodles, broken in pieces
  2. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  3. 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
  4. 1/3 cup water
  5. 1/2 cup raw long grain rice
Directions:

In saucepan, brown noodles in butter; stir often. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 20-25 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
