Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  1. 1 (4-5 lb) Boston butt pork roast (with or without bone)
  2. 1 envelope (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
  3. 8-10 cups brewed black coffee
  4. 1 bottle barbecue sauce
  5. 10 hamburger or kaiser buns
Directions:

Pour coffee and onion soup packet to the crock pot. Add the roast and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove the roast and place in large bowl. Pull with 2 forks to shred and separate the meat. Stir 1 cup barbecue sauce into pulled pork. Pile on buns and serve with additional barbecue sauce.
