Slow Cooker Overnight Oatmeal

10 min; Cook Time: 8 hours (overnight)

Ingredients:

  1. 2 apples, sliced (peeled or unpeeled, your preference)
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 2 cups rolled oats
  6. 2 cups milk
  7. 2 cups water
Directions:

Place sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Pour in oatmeal, milk and water.

Do NOT stir.

Cook overnight for 8 to 9 hours on low.
