Mexican Crema

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup sour cream
  2. 1 cup heavy cream
  3. 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro*
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  5. 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream and heavy cream. Add cilantro, lime juice and salt and whisk until blended.

Cover, refrigerate and let the flavors meld as the texture forms into a velvety cream that you'll want to drizzle on everything!

Serving suggestions:
Drizzle Mexican Crema over Mexican Lasgana, nachos, corn on the cob, roasted vegetables, scrambled eggs, sweet potatoes


*The cilantro can be omitted from the recipe and it will still be delicious!
