Yield:

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pepper and carrots. Stir-fry until pepper beings to soften slightly. Add broccoli; stir-fry until broccoli begins to turn dark green. Add gourmet sausage, water chestnuts and stir-fry sauce. Increase heat to high; cook until sausage is heated through. Serve over rice.
