Red Hot Cheesy Totchos
Totchos = tater tot nachos. We will hold for applause. As if tater tots smothered in Franks RedHot and your favorite nacho toppings were not great enough, they only take about 30 minutes to make.

Ingredients

(32 ounces) frozen potato nuggets

| 1 |

ground beef
|
|
|
| 1/3 |
cup |
Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. plus more for serving
|
|
|
| 1 |
package |
(8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
|
| 4 |
slices |
bacon, cooked and crumbled
|
|
|
|
|
chopped green onion, optional
|
|
|
|
|
sour cream, optional
|
|
|
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees F. Spread potato nuggets on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake according to package directions.
MEANWHILE, brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in Franks RedHot.
TOP cooked potato nuggets with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bacon.
RETURN to oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with additional Franks RedHot, top with green onions and serve with sour cream, if desired.
